If you have any paid memberships with us, you have a specific Lounge Access Email that we have given access to for your account. You will want to create your Lounge Login with THAT specific email address & a password of your choice. This will allow you to see all of the resources we have given you access to for your account with us, including access to our Go-Give Group. If you create a Login using a different email than we have given access to, you will not be able to see anything more than our Go-Give resources. If you do not know what your Lounge Access Email is for your account - please email us at [email protected] and tell us which of our memberships you are currently subscribed to, and our team will tell you which email address to create your Lounge login with.

If you do NOT have a paid membership with us for any of our services - anyone can create a login and request access to our Go-Give Group. You can use whatever email address & password you would like to create your Login.

Access is given to resources based on the email address. Anyone can create a Login to our Lounge, but they won't be able to see anything unless we have given that specific email address access to the specific resources. If you believe you are logged in with the correct email and don't have access to something you should, or you aren't sure if you are logged in with the correct email - please email us at [email protected] and we will help you.

Some of our services require their own platform to operate and the service itself is not found inside of our Resource Lounge.. The Lounge just provides additional resources and community for that service, but you will access the service from it's own platform. If you would like to use a different email for your Lounge Login that gives you access to all the resources for your account with us - please email us at [email protected] and we will get everything switched over for you. You cannot change the email address for your current login, BUT, we CAN give a different email address access to everything for your account and then you can create a NEW login with that email address once access has been given.
